OperIQ offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription billed at the price shown on our pricing page.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, disrupting its operation, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
